This is a new version of the Rupee font. Previous font doesn’t contain glyphs for letters from A to Z. This font contains all letters.

The solution for this problem is :
Internet Explorer Menu => Tools => Internet Options => (Tab)Security => (Button) Custom Level => (Option) Scripting => Enable XXS Filter => Disable

Reconnect and BINGO!

It all that Internet explorer blocks the ability for Apps to open the forms in a new window…
